The money is voluntarily given annually to LVCH will go to fund the following:

• Electricty to our front entrence community signs

• Pays for ground maintanance fees for the front entrance to our community.  The indivuals who cut the grass are some of our awesome community members and we give them a small amount to assist. 

• Misc. funds help pay for items that are needed, but not all, for events in the community.  Typically, these fun get togethers are paid for by the individuals who host or attend.

Every 3-4 years, Street Captains from your street will collect funds on a voluntary basis of $25.  This is a voluntary action to our community from individuals that live in our neighborhood.
